Fontaine visited the ranch in the fall of 2009 for breeding and we were so impressed at how she had developed into a stylish, attractive and level doe. We were happy to welcome her back to the herd in late spring of 2010. At one show in late summer 2010, Fontaine was shown and placed above herdmates SGCH Tatiana, SGCH Tilly and Vanilla in a large and extremely competitve aged doe class.
Fontaine's son, *B Old-English Blaine, was retained and used as a Jr herd sire in 2011. His first milking yearling, GCH Old-English Caprice, is now one of our favorite does. Blaine's littermate, Old-English Blaire, is an enormous doe that we greatly admire. We lost Fontaine in August of 2014. She will be missed but we were fortunate to have her and her offspring.
